Outbound emails will be send through the following systems:
- IPv4: 37.157.254.69 de-dus01-svc001.backschues.net
- IPv6: 2001:4ba0:cafe:745::19 de-dus01-svc001.backschues.net
- IPv6: 2001:470:7a56::1 nl-ams01-svc001.backschues.net
All outbound emails comply with the following policies:
- prefer transport layer security (TLS) based on Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS)
- for some remote email services TLS is mandatory, consider Mail Transfer Agent Strict Transport Security (MTA-STS) and DNS-based Authentication of Named Entities (DANE)
- properly authentication using SPF
- contain a valid DKIM and in the case that an email is forwarded an ARC signature
- corroborated with a DMARC policy
- are rate limit controlled
- are virus scanned
